    Playing Godwin in Washington Square Park felt like stepping into a battlefield. Competing amid the park’s iconic hustle and chess-crazed buzz, I felt a rush of adrenaline with each bold move, pushing my opponents to the edge before narrowly missing a win. The experience was exhilarating, challenging, and profoundly empowering, proving that in chess, as in life, it’s not just about winning, but playing with courage and strategy.

    I know he was giving me a fighting chance but it was a brutal ending either way …even though chess is not about much but you’re going to need it … great game man best of luck everyone else!

    With my partner we were visiting NYC and visiting Washington Square Park was very high on my checklist. I enjoy casually playing chess, so I had to visit this legendary park.Immediately when we found the chess tables, Vicious invited us for a game. Of course we had to play, that’s why we were there for!I lost the game of course, but that wasn’t the point. Our time there was amazing and definetely unforgettable. Loved the way Vicious made it very easy & welcoming to us. Cheers!
